Order Information

You should expect your order to arrive between 5 to 7 business days via certified mail. Mailing a University Mall gift card is equivalent to mailing cash, therefore we ship them via certified mail/return receipt. It costs $5.75 to mail one University Mall gift card. Each additional gift card will cost another 50 cents (due to the weight). There will be a $3 processing fee per card. Please remember to put the "TO" and "FROM" information in the COMMENTS section of the order form. Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. At this time, we are not accepting multiple ship-to addresses, so you will need to complete one order per address if necessary. Thank you!
